Class will be held in the Commercial Building of the Fairgrounds. This means plenty of room so…grab your family and friends!

Turkey Day Butts ‘n Guts is a FREE class! However a $2.00 cash donation or a non-perishable item for the food-shelf is encouraged. Let’s give thanks for another year of health and fitness, and share that thanks with others!

Last year we had around 100 people in attendance and raised 151 pounds of food and $66 in cash donations for the McLeod County Food Shelf!

Fit to the CORE offers a variety of running programs designed to meet your running goals whether you are a novice, or seasoned veteran. In order to provide you with individualized attention and training, we cap the maximum amount of participants for each program. Class is currently in session, but click here to see when new classes will be starting.
