Back by popular demand (and my strong desire to teach)…a Saturday Morning Boot Camp!
It has been too long since I have been able to offer a good old “Saturday Sweat Session!” For those of you who haven’t run into me around town and heard…I have located a new studio space that, in addition to my small group and one on one training, is allowing me to through a Saturday boot camp into the mix! So here’s the skinny on the details!
It’s cold – as in really, really, really cold! Like “I don’t want to leave my house to go the gym cold,” and “I sure as heck am NOT going to run/walk outside cold.” I get it, and on days (or weeks) like this, it seems ever so challenging to find the motivation for a workout. However, moving is one of the BEST ways to warm yourself up. So….I have the answer for your conundrum. Here is a relatively quick workout (20 min or so) that you can do in the comfort of your OWN home…meaning you don’t even need to go outside, using plain old body-weight! (If you have a set of dumbbells, or a kettlebell at home, feel free to throw them in, but they are by no means required.) How awesome is that? I just took the “it’s too cold to workout” excuse right out of your mouth, didn’t I?
