11th Annual Turkey Day Butts ‘n Guts!

Join us for a special 45 minute session of Butts ‘n Guts Thanksgiving morning and get ready to work up a sweat, while toning those abs and buns before trimming the Turkey!

8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

Class will be held in the Commercial Building of the Fairgrounds. This means plenty of room so…grab your family and friends!

Turkey Day Butts ‘n Guts is a FREE class! However a cash donation or a non-perishable item for the food-shelf is encouraged. Let’s give thanks for another year of health and fitness, and share that thanks with others!

Last year we raised 125 pounds of food and $25 in cash donations for the McLeod County Food Shelf!

Don’t Sit on the Couch….Run into Fall!

Want to stay motivated as the days get shorter, and the temps cool? Want to improve your speed? Endurance? Running skills? Heck, just want to get started running and be able to run consistently? Then we think our Monday and Wednesday Night Running Programs are for you! Over the course of 11 weeks we will:

  1. Keep you MOVING and MOTIVATED as the day’s shorten, and the temps cool.
  2. Work on a variety of speed and endurance drills designed to help you improve your running abilities
  3. All while locked down in one area so that no matter your ability, you aren’t left behind!
  4. Have you saying….”I never would have done that on my own…” (Most common comment at the end of class nearly every time, haha)
  5. Get you motivated to keep your butt of the couch, even when the winter weather starts to hit! 😉
  6. Improve your social life with a fabulous group of women who motivate each other
  7. Celebrate with some wine at the end of 11 weeks!

Sounds like FUN right? These 11 week programs run on Monday and Wednesday Night’s from 5:45 – 6:45 and are geared towards all levels – from run/walkers to marathoners.

And if you are wondering…do you really run outside when it is cold? YES! We absolutely do…but we promise, it isn’t as bad as you think. And if the weather really is uncooperative, you will at least be working on maintaining your strength and conditioning inside – (so much better than sitting on the couch, right!?)

30 Day Make & Take Smoothie Workshop – Tuesday, September 18

30 pre-packaged smoothies, all ready for your freezer! And you don’t even have to grocery shop! In about an hour, we will make and pack 30 smoothies, so that all you have to do is freeze and enjoy later! Doesn’t get much simpler than that does it?!

Get Fit – In 30 Minutes – Over Lunch!

Summer is BUSY! Looking to make maximize the time in your day? Sneak in a quick, but effective 30 minute workout session over your lunch hour twice a week! We have a new 6 week session of Butts ‘n Guts kicking off on July 11th.

When:  Mondays and Wednesdays
Dates: July 11th – August 22nd (no class on Monday, August 13th)
Where: Sarah’s Home Studio. This is located at 1030 S Grade Road SW, right next to Christ the King
Church.
Cost: $60.00, which covers all 12 sessions.
Limit of 10 Participants
* If the class is not full, Drop-ins will be allowed for $8.00/session
