CORE Boot Camps

Friends exercisingWhat is the perfect way to start your Saturday?  With a good old Sweat Session of course!  If you are looking for a fun, welcoming, and energetic group to work out with, then Saturday morning Boot Camp is the class for you! So here’s the skinny on the details! 

When: Saturday Mornings

Time:  7:30 – 8:30 AM (Register here)
Pre-registration is STRONGLY encouraged. (Max Participants is 16 and it is a first come, first serve for those not registered).

Cost: $8.00/class
A bundle of 5 classes is available for purchase for $40.00

Where: Fit To the Core Studio, located in the back of Mike McGraw’s State Farm Agency Building. You will want to park in the back Parking lot (same block as Zella’s) and enter the red brick building. The studio will be the first door upon entrance.

What We will Do: What will we be doing at Boot Camp you ask?  A little bit of everything!  We will utilize a mixture of cardio/athletic drills, interval work and strength conditioning to burn those calories and work those muscles. We will wrap things up with a solid stretch session that often utilizes a few yoga moves.  Long story short…expect to work  hard, expect to have fun, and expect to be shown modifications for whatever fitness level you are atBe prepared to take it outdoors in the summer when weather allows!

What to Bring: You will want to bring a clean pair of shoes, WATER, a towel (if desired), and an “I am ready to rock” attitude!

Note the first time registering you will need to create an account. If you would like to pay for class as you go, you will need to enroll as unpaid and bring your payment with you to class.  There now is a bundle of 5 classes available for $40.00 as well. If you have purchased one of those and are set-up, it will allow you to use your credits to register.  If you have problems registering, let me know!
