Overnight Oats in a Jar Workshop

Always trying to keep you inspired and motivated to eat healthy, we are adding a brand new workshop format this fall!

In about an hour, we will make 3 healthy, delicious, and easy breakfasts, so that all you have to do is pop them in the fridge and enjoy them later! Doesn’t get much simpler than that does it?! Plus, you will go home with 3 additional jars filled with oats and protein, so all you have to do is mix in  your favorite flavors.

HOW IT WORKS

Come to the event with a small cooler or cooler bag to transport home your finished jars. We will have all the ingredients for 3 different Overnight Oats in a Jar recipes ready to assemble!

  • Sample one of our favorites.
  • Fill your jars according to the recipes provided.
  • Take them home.
  • Pick one each day, add your choice of milk, blend and enjoy! 

WHAT YOU GET
