Run. Jump. Burpee. Repeat!

Sounds like FUN right? Okay, okay, we know you might not be a fan of burpees, but we think You WILL be a fan or our Monday Night Run & Tone program. Think lots of drills designed to help you with ANY of the following:

  1. Get motivated to get your butt of the couch πŸ˜‰
  2. Help you start running (think Couch to 5K!)
  3. Improve your speed, distance, and or running ability in general
  4. Train for long distances races
  5. Improve your social life with a fabulous group of women who motivate each other

This 11 week program runs Monday Night’s from 5:45 – 6:45 and is geared towards all levels – from run/walkers to marathoners.
