Butts ‘n Guts
* Class Length – 30 minutes
This class is quick – no fuss – high energy, muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, butt and abdomen. Exercises target and tone your entire core and lower body. A fun and stress-relieving way to burn off calories!

* Class Length – 45 minutes
This Zumba® class fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. You’ll achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in 45 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
