Please join us for a workshop on the ‘Power of Protein and Clean Snacks’

In this workshop we’ll be walking you through how to make clean and healthy energy balls, along with tips for choosing super foods that help fuel your body and taste good.

There will also be a focus on selecting a clean, good quality protein, and why protein is a critical component to our diet.

  • Learn how to make clean, healthy snacks WITHOUT artificial sweeteners that taste great!
  • Receive three recipes for easy to make, no bake protein balls that you can whip up in your kitchen in 15 minutes or less
  • Come for a fun, informal and informative evening.
  • Leave with a batch of energy balls made from clean, wholesome ingredients like flax, nut butter, and more to take home!

  • There are currently no workshops scheduled. We also do private workshops scheduled. They make a great girls night, Saturday morning coffee gathering, couples night, etc.  Contact us, if you would like to schedule your own!
